India lifted ICC World Cup-2011

It is after gap of twenty eight years Indian Cricket Team won the prestigious world cup and became third Team in the world to win the cup more than once. Once the ball was hit by Doni for a six, a befitting winning hit, people all over India came on streets to celebrate the victory. I felt whole of Mumbai was on Marine Drive, people young and old,commoners, celebrities and politicians were there to congratulate each other and sing praise for Team India. This victory re-emphasises that young India is assertive and have set higher aspirations for itself. Young India we are proud of you.
